Our ‘Food for Scotland’ project cooked over 13,500 plates of plant-based food and delivered them to our partner organisations for distribution to homeless and ethnic minorities in Glasgow, South Lanarkshire, South Ayrshire and Edinburgh since the beginning of May until September as a response to covid-19 crisis.
