About Kickstart Scheme
The government has introduced the Kickstart Scheme in Great Britain to create high-quality 6-month work placements aimed at those aged 16-24 who are on Universal Credit and are deemed to be at risk of long-term unemployment.
Funding available for each job will cover 100% of the relevant National Minimum Wage for 25 hours a week, plus the associated employer National Insurance contributions and employer minimum automatic enrolment contributions.
Job placements at Krishna Eco Farm
We have 4 part-time job placements available:
– Events & Marketing Assistant (on-site or remote);
– Fundraising Assistant (on-site or remote);
– Gardener Assistant (on-site);
– Maintenance Assistance (on-site).
Jobs from the Kickstart Scheme are open to:
– 16-24 year-old;
– claiming Universal Credit;
– at risk of long-term unemployment.
